He has extensive credentials in strategy, military operations, R&D and acquisition. Mr. Warner received a BS in Engineering from West Point, an MS in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an MS in National Security Strategy from the National War College. He is the former Military Assistant to the Director, Net Assessment, Office of the Secretary of Defense and author of "Exploring Biotechnology - Opportunities for the Department of Defense."

Mr. Chris Haggerson, Project Manager, TGER Systems. Mr. Haggerson oversees the Rapid Equipping Force project for the Tactical Garbage to Energy Refinery (TGER) and is responsible for planning, deployment and the day-to-day performance of the systems. Chris recently returned from active duty service in Iraq, where he led a province civil-military team in reconstruction efforts. Mr. Andrew Harris, Project manager - Counter-terrorismorism, Homeland Defense, Explosives Ordinance Disposal, and sensor technology. Mr. Harris is a former British Officer and special services operative.
